Ford should’ve just replaced it with a regular automatic transmission. They were too stupid to stop using the DCT. They could’ve switched to a real transmission after a year or two.

Yeah, I purposely got my fiesta with a 5 speed solely to avoid that nightmare. I would certainly perfer an auto in the traffic I live it, but alas, nothing is perfect!

The best part is that they do offer it with a 4-speed automatic in other markets :/

Yup! They finally stopped using it with the new Mk4 Focus that we won’t be getting.
